1. PRICE of products
1.1. The price mentioned on the website is home delivery price so you only have to pay for applicable tax on your own country. You can ask us to quote value of items on invoice so often for personal use there is no tax.
If you want FOB price for wholesale then let us know. FOB means on top of indicated price, buyer will pay shipping cost. There are various method of shipping that buyer can select based on their preference and charges. Please visit "SHIPPING" page for approximate estimate.
The price of the products may changes without prior notice but, once proforma invoice is negotiated the price remain same as of ordered date. In some cases price may change due to technical fault or mistakenly published due to error. In such case we will notify the client.
Customer can also pay on major currency such as Euro, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar etc if they prefer, please write to us if they want to pay other than US $.
2. Pro-forma Invoice and Payment for wholesale order
2.1. When you send order/inquiry from website, you are not obligated to purchase. Your order is only treated as inquiry. Based on your order we will check in stock, calculate its shipping cost, estimate dispatch and delivery time. We will then send you pro-forma invoice with instruction to pay by credit card, paypal or bank wire. Companies in USA can also pay by ACH or via Payoneer.com. Once you agree on our pro-forma invoice, then you may proceed to pay by desired method. If you want to cancel order, you just ignore our pro-forma invoice. We usually ask 100% payment for order value below $ 1000 dollar that normally delivers within one to two weeks. But, if order is of larger quantity then we require 25-50% advance payment. We will ask remaining payment two days before shipment.
Please note that as per Nepalese government regulation we can not ship goods without advance payment. The alternative is to open LC for larger order. But, advance payment is quite convenient as when you pay by credit card, you can always claim back if you do not receive goods on said delivery time.
3. Delivery Schedule
Normally for small order or order that we have in stock we dispatch within a week or some time we ask for two weeks. For larger order it may take up to one month. But, delivery date will be mentioned on our proforma invoice. There may be some delay on delivery due to government holidays and occasional holidays but we always inform in such case.
4. Refund
We usually do not take refund since it is not logical or cost effective to take returns all the way to Nepal from any countries. Because when goods are returned it is treated as import and we have to pay duties, vat etc for it. In addition the return cost of courier is very high. Therefore, it makes return costlier than ever.
But, we double check products before shipping to make sure it matches or according to ordered. In case buyer receive goods on bad condition or not matching their order then we either ask it to return to nearest of their country place or we simply replace with new ones or some time just refund.
5. Other Export Issue
We do price negotiation for large orders. We also do custom design according to your need. Any other issue relating to exports , we ask customer to write us to resolve in friendly and professional manner.
Please note we can accept direct deposit from USA companies to our account via ACH so that means USA based companies can pay by online check if wished.
